About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with deep specialization in WebRTC to build and scale our real-time communication infrastructure You will be the backbone of our video audio architecture ensuring high availability and low latency for users worldwide Key Responsibilities Core Infrastructure Design build and maintain high-performance scalable WebRTC backend services including Signaling servers STUN TURN servers and Media Servers SFU MCU Performance Tuning Optimize network performance latency and stability specifically for real-time UDP TCP traffic API Development Develop and secure robust RESTful APIs for session management room control and application logic Scalability Ops Implement monitoring logging and horizontal scaling solutions to handle growing user loads Required Qualifications Programming Languages Strong proficiency in at least one of the following Node js Go Golang Python or Java WebRTC Internals In-depth understanding of the complete WebRTC stack ICE SDP STUN TURN DTLS SRTP Media Servers Hands-on experience with open-source WebRTC media servers such as Janus Mediasoup or Jitsi Networking Solid understanding of core networking protocols TCP IP UDP and NAT traversal techniques DevOps Experience with Docker and cloud platforms AWS GCP or Azure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
