Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using any backend programming language/framework such as Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, C#, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Understanding of database design principles and query optimization.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, or microservices is a plus.
