Backend / Full Stack Developer Intern (Java + Spring Boot)

• At VDocs, we are building AI-powered healthcare infrastructure focused on digital health records, clinic workflows, and intelligent healthcare automation for India.
• We are looking for a backend-focused developer who wants to work on real production systems, scalable APIs, and healthcare software used by actual clinics and patients.
• This is not a training internship, selected candidates will directly contribute to core product development alongside the founding team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop secure and scalable REST APIs
• Work on database design, optimization, and integrations
• Improve application performance, reliability, and security
• Participate in feature development for real healthcare deployments

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and backend architecture
• Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Understanding of Git and software development workflows
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
