Backend Developer (Golang)

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Golang) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go. You will build high-performance applications, work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, implement concurrent systems using goroutines and channels, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our backend infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of modern backend development practices.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).
• Implement concurrent, efficient, and scalable solutions using goroutines, channels, and sync primitives.
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
• Write clean, modular, well-documented, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.
• Monitor application health, performance, and reliability using metrics and observability tools.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and help improve deployment and development workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Go (Golang) development.
• Strong proficiency in concurrent programming using goroutines, channels, and sync primitives.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and database interactions.
• Familiarity with WebSockets and building real-time applications.
• Good understanding of clean architecture, modular design, and backend development best practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting production systems.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience implementing WebSocket-based systems, including client/server and hub patterns.
• Familiarity with agentic workflow integrations.
• Experience with Prometheus metrics, health checks, and application monitoring.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices, and modern deployment workflows.
