Shift: Fixed US Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and enhance customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect.

Build and maintain Contact Flows, IVR, routing strategies, queues, and agent workflows.

Integrate Amazon Connect with backend applications using REST APIs.

Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

Customize the Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP) using Streams API.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize contact center performance.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

Required

Skills

4–7 years of software development experience.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

Robust knowledge of Contact Flows, IVR, routing profiles, and queues.

Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, S3, and DynamoDB.

Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js.

Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

Good understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.

Solid debugging and problem-solving skills. Valuable to Have

Python experience.

React or Angular.

Experience with Amazon Connect Streams API.

Knowledge of QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
