Job Objective: Leading the team of data scientists in the area data science. An expert who can guide the team in formulation, model development and implementation and interacting with business stakeholders to understand the requirements and guide the team accordingly.

Roles & Responsibilities

Thought Leadership

Show innovation and thought leadership by solving industry problems using Pharma datasets across different functions.

Build capabilities on Model Finetuning where required

People Leadership

Lead the team of data scientists in developing GenAi solutions.

Develop people capability with training and standardization.

Client Leadership

Manage client deliverables with precision and engage actively with clients to foster strong partnerships.

Support business development and solution design to meet client needs effectively.

Product Development

Industrialize AIML offerings for scalability and support in developing AIML Products and Tech Solutions.

Understand front end, backend, UI/UX components to be able to communicate with tech team.

Project Leadership

Build and maintain a robust delivery organization focused on productivity, governance, and standardization of best practices.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as partnering with IT, Product Development, Tech Solutions, working with business teams to align solutions, and collaborating with commercial teams to optimize sales operations.

Ensure solid project governance, high quality standard in deliverables are met, project delivered within committed timeline and with budget.

Requirements

BS / Master or PhD in ML or Computer Science in mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, computational sciences

15+ years of experience

Experience working on structured and unstructured data in data science.
