Automation Test Engineer Full-Time (02 Years Experience)

Role Summary

LorvenLax Tech Labs is seeking a motivated Test Engineer to join our team in Kakinada. This full-time, onsite role requires 5 days a week in the office. This role is open only to freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience who have a strong foundation in automation testing. The position offers a competitive salary and provides strong growth opportunities within the organization.

As this is a full-time onsite position, we are currently hiring candidates from Kakinada and surrounding areas who can commute to the office.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, a passion for quality assurance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Success in this role will involve contributing to software reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, and supporting the organizations mission to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure software functionality and performanceLearn and contribute to API testing to validate backend services and integration pointsWork with automation tools such as Selenium and CucumberIdentify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issuesDevelop a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and contribute to overall product qualityCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlinesCreate and maintain testing documentation, including test plans and reportsExhibit flexibility, including availability for night shifts if required

Qualifications

Education

BE/B.Tech/BSc/MCA in Computer Science or a related fieldTechnical Skills

Proficiency in Python and TypeScript programmingHands-on experience with PlaywrightUnderstanding of basic testing principles and SDLC processesWe are looking for candidates who passed out in 2021 to 2025 with technical knowledge in Java, Python, TypeScript, and PlaywrightHands-on experience in Automation Testing, Manual Testing, TypeScript, Playwright, API Testing, and Git is an added advantageSoft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow in software quality assuranceFor Freshers:

Candidates with programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript and a fundamental understanding of SDLC are encouraged to applyStrong communication skills and eagerness to learn are essential
