Job Title - Automation Lead – Trust & Safety – Manager/Senior Manager - Kolkata/Mumbai

Candidate Expectations & Responsibilities

10-15 Year of experience in Carving out attractive AI led solutions for both existing engagements & new delas/RFPs/RFIs

Define and implement transformation across annotation, localization, and moderation workflows

Enable human-in-the-loop models for accuracy and contextual judgement

Identify inefficiencies and drive improvement in accuracy, consistency, SLA adherence, and productivity metrics

Translate Trust & Safety policies into operational workflows and annotation guidelines

Ensure compliance with platform policies, legal regulations and content standards

Collaborate with internal tech teams on tools, platforms, and model performance

Generate insights to improve model performance and operational efficiency

Identify abuse patterns, harmful content trends, and risk areas

Collaboration with Operations, QA teams & Business stakeholders

Support solutioning, Transformation roadmap development

Present insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
