Audit Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for Semi Qualified CA or CMA who have a strong foundation in Income Tax compliance and Corporate Audits under the Companies Act, and who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Audits: Conduct end-to-end audits of corporate entities in compliance with the Companies Act.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns and Tax Audit reports (Form 3CD).
• Financial Review: Analyze financial statements, ledger accounts, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
• Client Coordination: Interact with clients to gather necessary data, resolve queries, and ensure smooth audit execution.

Job Requirements &

Qualifications We are looking for candidates who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• CA / CMA Articleship: Completed articleship training with significant exposure to taxation and auditing.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-time, post-qualification experience working directly in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Income Tax laws and the Companies Act.
• Hands-on experience with tax filing portals and accounting/audit software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
