Associate/Analyst - Venture Capital Secondaries & Special Situations

Company Description Peachtree Capital Partners is a next-generation alternative investment platform. Our fund focuses on investing in Venture Capital Secondaries & Special Situations, with a long-term vision of building a multi-strategy private markets platform.

Role Description We're looking for an Associate (0–3 years' experience) with strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for venture capital and private markets. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Partners including the Managing Partner, and help build an investment platform from the ground up. This role requires the right mindset, the willingness to do some heavy lifting and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities include

• Deal sourcing, investment evaluation, financial analysis, and due diligence
• Supporting transaction execution and investment research
• Assisting with fundraising, investor relations, and LP communications
• Supporting fund marketing, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships
• Building relationships across the VC, startup, family office, and investor ecosystem
• Supporting fund operations and strategic initiatives

We're looking for someone who

• Has 0–3 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, startups, or a related field (exceptional freshers may also be considered)
• Has strong Excel, financial modelling, research, presentation, and communication skills
• Is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership
• Enjoys networking, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
