Associate – Salesforce & AI : Pune (Baner)

Location: Pune, Baner

Mode: Work from Office

Shift : 1pm to 10pm / 6.30pm to 3.

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, curious, and technology-driven individual who is eager to work with emerging AI technologies and their integration with business platforms such as Salesforce CRM systems, email platforms (e.g., Outlook), and other enterprise tools. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career at the intersection of AI, automation, and business applications, with hands-on exposure to real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support AI-driven modules used in business processes
• Assist in integrating AI features with platforms like Salesforce, email tools (Outlook), and other applications
• Work on data handling, basic system configuration, and process support
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows and efficiency
• Support AI-driven features such as automation, insights, recommendations, and content generation
• Monitor and assist in maintaining system integrations and data flow across platforms
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and AI advancements

AI & Platform Exposure

• Understand how AI is applied in business functions like sales, operations, and customer service
• Exposure to generative AI (content generation, summarization, automation use cases)
• Learn integration of AI with enterprise platforms (CRM, email systems, collaboration tools)
• Basic exposure to automation tools and workflows across platforms

Required Skills

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment with new tools
• Basic understanding of data, systems, and digital platforms
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email platforms, documentation tools)

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools)
• Familiarity with email platforms like Microsoft Outlook
• Awareness of AI tools or automation platforms
• Internship/project experience in tech, data, or systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (IT / Computer / Management preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with internship/project exposure can apply
