Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our

Product team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with Product Managers,

Engineering, Design, and Business teams to build customer-centric digital products. The ideal

candidate should have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for

technology and product development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and product requirements.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify product opportunities.
• Support the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to support product improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product discussions.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature validation.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, or equivalent for market research, documentation, user story creation, and competitive analysis while validating AI-generated outputs with critical thinking.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Product Management and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Sheets, or similar is a plus.
• Passion for technology, user experience, and building impactful products.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
