About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Associate Product Managers who are passionate about building innovative digital products for the FinTech industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise solutions that help banks, NBFCs and financial institutions streamline their business processes through technology.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with customers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into product features and user stories.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and UI mockups using any software.
• Prepare product presentations, feature demos, and business proposals.
• Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Track product development activities using Jira.
• Maintain product documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Development, QA, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Support product testing, feature validation, and release activities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity in research, documentation, design, and product analysis.

Skills Required

• Strong interest in Product Management and Product Design.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with Figma, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, V0, Figma Make or similar.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• 2026 pass-outs only.
• BE/BTech in a technology-related discipline, MBA from reputed management institute.
• Strong knowledge of technology, product management, and AI-powered solutions.
