Are you passionate about building AI-powered consumer products? Shaadi.com is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join its VIP/Elite Product Team and help shape innovative, data-driven user experiences.

Key Requirements

2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product Management.

At least 1 year of recent experience in a B2C Product company.

Hands-on experience working on AI/ML-enabled products.

Experience with data-driven product development, including

• Defining product metrics
• Running A/B tests and experiments
• Analyzing user behavior
• Measuring feature performance

Ability to convert customer and operational workflows into scalable product features and write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Experience collaborating with

• Engineering teams
• Analytics teams
• Operations teams
• Business stakeholders

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Eligibility

Graduation from one of the following Tier-1 institutes

• IIT Bombay
• IIT Delhi
• IIT Madras
• IIT Kanpur
• IIT Kharagpur
• IIT Roorkee

Current or recent experience in a B2C Product Company is mandatory.

Preferred

Experience with Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
