As an Associate- Product Development with 2.0-3.0 years of experience, your role will involve contributing to the product development process by assisting in designing, developing, and enhancing new features for the company's products. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure that the products meet quality standards and align with the business objectives.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in developing product roadmaps and timelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new product ideas.
• Work collaboratively with the product management team to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Support the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product functionality and user experience.
• Contribute to product documentation and training materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Your role will require strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, attention to detail to ensure product quality, and a proactive approach to contribute to the success of the product development process.
