Associate Director Supply Chain

This role manages the entire supply chain operations of a zone, including fulfillment centers, deliveries, returns, and logistics operations. The position handles profit & loss (P&L) and ensures grocery orders are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large team (around 600+ delivery and operations staff), continually improving operational efficiency.
• Implement new strategies such as better delivery models, network planning, and process improvements.
• Work closely with demand planning, sourcing, technology, analytics, fleet management, and infrastructure teams to enhance operations and deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced e‑commerce/food or grocery business environment.
