Associate Digital Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager at Gartner, you will be managing important products and technology initiatives, setting the stage for strategic guidance on investments needed for development and design efforts. This role, based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, reports to the Product Director of the Service Technology team. Your fast‑paced responsibilities will involve building products and enabling service teams to engage clients for improved retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner on and manage the end‑to‑end execution of SFDC GS&D and enterprise initiatives to enable service teams for delivering business impact and driving client value delivery and growth
• Prioritize must‑have business requests for service tools execution to support business continuity
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Data Analytics teams to advance the product portfolio
• Utilize analytical systems like data warehouses and data marts to analyze complex datasets across enterprise systems
• Drive strong product ownership, develop a robust testing framework, and ensure faster time to market
• Anticipate needs, be responsive to change, and adapt quickly
• Communicate analysis details to IT teams to answer key business questions and drive business performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Design, and Development
• 2+ years of experience in SQL and data analysis
• Proficiency in writing SQL scripts and working with Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Experience with user journeys, personas, user experience, and product development life cycle
• Top‑notch problem‑solving skills using optimized processes and Lean Product Principles
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills for influencing decisions and gaining consensus
