Required Experience

• Hands-on experience in JavaScript or Java with a strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts and business processes.
• Contribute to front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as required.
• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and Salesforce integration concepts.
• Willingness to work in U.S. shift hours based on project and client requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its core capabilities.
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Triggers.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
• Good to have knowledge of configuring custom objects, validation rules, workflows, security models, and other Salesforce platform features.
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agent force, and/or Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
• Salesforce Trailhead badges or certifications (e.g., Salesforce AI Associate or Salesforce Administrator) are an added advantage.
