Assistant Sales Manager for Digital Marketing

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Sales Assistant who can communicate effectively, build strong client relationships, and help convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
• Present digital marketing services confidently and close deals.
• Create customized proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
• Perform competitor analysis and market research using AI tools.
• Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Schedule and attend client meetings when required.
• Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Negotiate pricing and service packages while maintaining company profitability.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, conversions, and pipeline status.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Websites, Branding, etc.).
• Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and sales decks.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other research tools.
• Strong follow-up discipline and sales mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Professional appearance and client-facing personality.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
