Assistant Manager (Operations- Voice process)

Assistant Manager: - Handle the International BPO Sale process. (Sales background Must)
Responsible for managing the entire customer base registered in the region and increasing revenue per customer, reducing revenue leakages, ensure high customer satisfaction level.
Problem solving skills to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it - Time management to meet production deadlines and shipment to the internal customers.
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, and letter. - Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or an irate customer.

Candidates should have experience of Manager under Sales/KPIs
Ability to perform multi tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.
Give timely and real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency. • Knowledge of operational processes, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.
Provide feedback, training sessions and other team development exercises.

Candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts and working from office.
Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, Sales experience and influencing skills.
Must be analytical and detail oriented.
Should have handled a team of 4-5 TLs.
