Assistant Manager – Marketing & New Business Development

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing & New Business Development to drive new business across our sheet-metal and stampings portfolio.

The right person can walk into a customer, read the drawing, cost it, quote it and close it.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers
• Read component drawings and prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations
• Own the enquiry-to-order cycle — costing, negotiation and customer relationship management
• Coordinate with NPD, tooling and operations to convert opportunities into orders

Requirements

• 8–12 years in marketing / business development within automotive sheet metal & stampings
• Proven track record of independently acquiring new business
• Strong drawing interpretation and quotation preparation skills
• Hands-on with AutoCAD and 3D software
• Engineering graduate (Diploma / Degree — Mechanical preferred)
