Assistant Manager / Manager - Financial Reporting & Controllership

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.  Drive MIS reporting, business performance analysis, and variance reporting.  Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.  Coordinate internal and statutory audits and support audit closures.  Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and governance processes.  Support controllership activities including compliance, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.  Exposure to Ind AS 116 (Lease Accounting) will be an added advantage.

CA with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.  Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and audits.  Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.  Retail industry exposure preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
