Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented professional to join as Assistant Manager – Human Resources & Operations. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys
working across recruitment, HR operations, client coordination and stakeholder
management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain effective sourcing channels (job portals, networks, agencies, referrals).
- Prepare job descriptions, postings and recruitment documentation, ensuring timely closure of positions.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Own employee onboarding, induction, documentation, background verification and HR records management.
- Maintain accurate employee databases, attendance, leave and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, confirmations, probation reviews and full & final settlements.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling and employee relations.
Compliance, Reporting & Process
- Ensure timely completion of HR processes and statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, employee letters and management reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements across HR and operational workflows.
Client Coordination & Operations Support
- Manage day-to-day coordination with international clients (communication, documentation, follow-ups and requirements).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel, logistics and related operational activities.
- Support budget tracking, expense management and vendor coordination.
Desired Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations and stakeholder/client management.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end hiring and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills (experience with international clients preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel preferred), HRMS and recruitment portals.
- Hands-on experience with payroll inputs, HR compliance and documentation.
- Strong multitasking ability, high ownership and attention to detail.
- Experience in travel, event, vendor and logistics coordination is an advantage.
- Graduate mandatory; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
Qualifications: A Graduate degree is mandatory. An MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
