Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation formalities
  • Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, induction programs, employee documentation, and exit procedures
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, HRMS data, and other HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and HR processes across all employee touchpoints
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Coordinate and oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and statutory deductions
  • Validate payroll inputs and address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and deductions
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance coverage, welfare schemes, and other compensation-related programs
  • Support annual compensation reviews and salary revision processes
  • Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments Act, and other relevant regulations
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, returns, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, cultural events, recognition programs, and welfare activities
  • Recruitment Support
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interview schedules, candidate communication, and onboarding formalities
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and maintain recruitment-related documentation and records

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution
  • Candidates with up to 3- 5year of experience can apply
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills are mandate
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel is a minimum requirement
  • Ability to handle HR documentation with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
  • Good interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent professional grooming
