Assistant Manager – Business Finance Analytics||6 Days WFO|| CTC upto-12 LPA

Talentiser is hiring for a AM- Business Finance with a leading AI-powered B2B fleet & logistics automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Business Finance, FP&A, MIS, or Financial Analytics.
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Data Extraction & Analysis

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Zoho to support business finance reporting and decision-making.
• Validate data integrity across systems and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Design and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and financial trackers for periodic review by the Head of Business Finance
• Build and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting cycles

Financial Analysis & Insights

• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver insights on revenue, cost, margins, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc deep-dives to areas of concern.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business review presentations with relevant data analyses

Desired Skills & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Finance, or CA Inter / B.Com with strong quantitative aptitude.
• Candidates with relevant analytics experience will be considered.
• 3–6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, MIS, or data analytics roles
