Job Description – Assistant Accounts Manager (CA) Position: Assistant Accounts Manager Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Travel to Vasai & Boisar plants as required) Experience: 1–3 Years (Post-Qualification) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA About The Role We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and MIS reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements and support monthly/year-end financial reporting.

Assist in EBITDA preparation and financial analysis.

Prepare MIS reports for management review.

Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax computations and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Pass accounting entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Perform account reconciliations, including vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, procurement, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Generate reports and analyze financial data using SAP and MS Excel.

Required Skills Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Strong knowledge of Financial Statement Preparation and Financial Reporting.

Good understanding of EBITDA, MIS Reporting, GST, TDS, and Advance Tax.

Hands-on experience working on SAP.

Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).

Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Experience in the Manufacturing industry.

Exposure to inventory accounting or costing.

Knowledge of SAP MM or WMS will be an added advantage.
