Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
• Identify and explore new AI/ML opportunities to drive revenue and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and services.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in the AI/ML CoE team.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and their applications in financial services.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and applications.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms and MLOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
