Articled Assistant

We at Sodani & Co, Chartered Accountants, Indore, a 60-year old reputed CA Firm are looking for article assistants who have completed Adv-ITT and OC, and are interested in working in the following practice domains-

• Statutory Audit of listed and unlisted companies
• Tax Audits
• Trust Audits
• Virtual CFO services
• Direct Tax Compliances and Litigation (including Black Money Act, 2015 and Transfer Pricing under Income tax Act)
• International Taxation
• FEMA compliances and litigation
• Inbound and Outbound Advisory Services
• FCRA compliances

The articleship program promises the candidates the following-

Following skills are desirable-

• Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation laws and exchange control regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT and accounting software
• Good communication (Hindi/English) and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

The stipend offered for the articleship program would be INR 6,000/- per month for 1st year and INR 8,000/- per month for 2nd year.
