Article Trainee or Paid Assistant

Firm Description We are a mid size firm of Chartered Accountants with 5 partners specialized in Internal Audits, Business valuations, tax advisory and VCFO services with branches in Hyderabad, Karimnagar and Vijayawada.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Trainee or Paid Assistant at J Madhava Rao and Co, Chartered Accountants, located in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with audits, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing financial documents, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting senior auditors, researching and analyzing tax laws, and liaising with clients to provide necessary financial information.

Qualifications - Article Trainee (CA) - Learning appetite and positive attitude

• Basic knowledge of auditing procedures and financial reporting standards
• Basic understanding of tax compliance, tax laws, and regulations
• Knowledge in accounting software and MS Office suite
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Pursuing or completed CA Inter (Chartered Accountant Intermediate) Qualifications - Paid Assistant - Knowledge of auditing procedures and financial reporting standards
• Understanding of tax compliance, tax laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a team leader
• Handle audits in coordination with reporting manager
• Completed CA Articles and possessing practical experience.
