Role Description The Application Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and promoting electronic applications and solutions to industrial and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer meetings and visits, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting tailored application solutions. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation, tracking sales performance, and reporting market trends and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, with experience generating leads and closing opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Account Management and Sales Management skills, including maintaining relationships and managing pipelines.
• Candidates should possess Consultative Selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable application-based solutions.
• Candidates should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Candidates should have a background in electronics, engineering, or a related field; a diploma or degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Vapi, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Prior experience in industrial electronics, automation, or application-based solution sales will be considered an advantage.
