Job Description

  • 12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years managing teams for systems implementation or infrastructure support.
  • Mandatory Talend application administration experience.
  • Preferred experience in Tibco Data Virtualization and SAP HANA/SLT.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI preferred.
  • Exposure to Azure BI components.
  • Mandatory experience managing BI platforms end-to-end, ensuring high availability and timely data refresh.
  • Experience in engineering, operations, and support.
  • Managing cross-functional and global teams.
  • Proficient in managing issues, risks, and escalations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the BI Engineering Data Apps (run) team in project/performance management, planning, scheduling, support, execution, upgrade/patching, strategy, and SOPs.
  • Owns the BI Application Availability Program, establishing app monitors, alert thresholds, and SLAs.
  • Manages current BI assets/needs and forecasts future requirements in staffing and CapEx.
  • Implements, maintains, and balances a portfolio of systematic and data-driven tools and applications.
  • Supports enterprise-wide IT initiatives from various stakeholders.
