Antino Labs - DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Create and maintain cloud architecture diagrams, network topology, infrastructure flows, security controls, and deployment models.
• Manage cloud services including EC2, VPC, Route 53, ALB, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, WAF, and Security Groups.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, availability, reliability, and scalability.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Maintain reusable and scalable infrastructure modules.

CI/CD & Automation

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
• Implement GitOps practices and deployment automation.
• Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational workflows.
• Improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Kubernetes & Containerization

• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters (EKS preferred).
• Manage Kubernetes workloads, services, ingress controllers, and cluster operations.
• Experience with Helm, Kustomize, and container orchestration best practices.
• Support microservices-based architectures and cloud-native applications.

Cloud Security & Governance

• Implement cloud security best practices across IAM, networking, encryption, KMS, WAF, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies.
• Monitoring, Reliability & Operations
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, utilization, and costs.
• Configure alerts, dashboards, and operational monitoring.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support production deployments and release management activities.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
• Define and manage RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective).
• Ensure business continuity through highly available and resilient architectures.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support process improvements.
