Angular Tech Lead

Lead a team of 8 developers and trainees while delivering hands-on technical leadership and system design for Angular 18+ applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead system analysis, design, and documentation to ensure timely project delivery.
• Design and develop user interfaces using Angular 18+ best practices, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Mentor the team of 8 members, managing workload allocation for technical tasks.
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues through regular code reviews and analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project scope and requirements.

Required Skills

• 6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Expertise in Angular (18+), TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience implementing custom JavaScript functionality using standard libraries.
• Ability to develop unit test scripts to ensure code quality.
• Knowledge of MySQL and database fundamentals.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and Web 2.0 standards.
• Ability to analyze and optimize application performance metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in code analysis and reading for legacy project maintenance.
