Angular Frontend Developer (v17/v18+) | Hybrid Mode | Immediate | 5-8 Yrs

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Angular Frontend Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure enterprise single-page applications (SPAs).

The ideal candidate has strong architectural sensibilities and is highly proficient in the latest stable versions of Angular (v17/v18+). You will leverage modern framework features like Signals, standalone component architectures, and optimized rendering strategies to build clean, maintainable user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Development: Translate wireframes and Figma designs into responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications using semantic HTML5, modern CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript.
• Modern Framework Utilization: Design and implement scalable application states using Angular Signals for reactive programming and optimized change detection.
• Component Architecture: Build highly reusable, modular, and optimized Standalone Components, minimizing reliance on legacy NgModules.
• Performance Optimization: Maximize initial load times and runtime performance by leveraging modern Angular features such as Deferrable Views (@defer), server-side rendering (SSR), and hydration.
• API Integration: Seamlessly connect frontend applications with backend architectures by integrating RESTful APIs and managing data flow efficiently via RxJS observables and HTTP clients.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Write robust unit tests using modern tooling ecosystems (e.g., Jest, Jasmine, or Karma) to maintain code resilience and stability.
• Collaboration & Agile Alignment: Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, code reviews, and refinement sessions) to deliver incremental business value.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years heavily focused on production-grade Angular applications.
• Angular Core Mastery: Hands-on experience with modern Angular features, specifically:
• Fine-grained reactivity using Angular Signals.
• Standalone Components and functional routing/guards.
• Structural block syntax (@if, @for, @switch).
• TypeScript & JavaScript: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and deep knowledge of modern ES6+ concepts.
• State Management & Async Data: Strong command of asynchronous data streams using RxJS and experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Akita) where applicable.
• Build Tooling: Familiarity with the modern Angular CLI build pipeline, including Vite and Esbuild-based compilation profiles.
• Version Control: Robust knowledge of Git workflow paradigms (branching, merging, pull requests).
• Preferred / "Nice-to-Have" Skills
• Experience of AWS Cloud platform and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
