Overview

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field/candidates from

other specialisations with relevant experience.

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent) across academics; any backlogs, if

applicable, must be cleared within the prescribed course duration.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning/AI Engineering.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Analytics Consultant - AI to join our growing team

and play a pivotal role in the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions. The

candidate should have hands-on expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise grade AI and Agentic AI applications/ AI Engineering.

Being a key contributor to our AI transformation, you will collaborate closely with AI Architects,

Data Scientists, and delivery teams to bring cutting-edge AI concepts to life. The role requires

strong analytical capabilities, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently

contribute to client engagements while collaborating effectively within a team. A curiosity driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication are key for success

in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms, from initial

prototyping to production deployment, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for

deployed AI systems.

• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, and monitor their effectiveness

in production environments.

• Partner closely with project managers, senior consultants, and customers, collaborating

effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and

software engineers, to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.

• Work with large and complex datasets, performing data cleaning, feature engineering, and data

pipeline development to prepare data for AI model training.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies, evaluating their

potential application to business challenges.

• Act as a subject matter expert for the team in designing and recommending appropriate

analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key data/business issues.

• Integrate AI models and solutions into existing enterprise systems and applications, ensuring

seamless functionality and performance.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of

• Machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical modelling, along with data

manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

• Version control using Git and collaborative development workflows, along with MLOps

practices, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI/ML applications.

• REST API development and integration using FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
• Prompt engineering and LLM-based application development.
• Containerisation using Docker.
• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages), with extensive experience in AI/ML

frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

Hands-on experience with Azure AI services such as

• Azure ML
• Azure AI Foundry
• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Open AI
• Azure AI Search

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services is highly valued.

Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate) is an advantage.
