Job Description (JD)

Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based machine learning and the ability to integrate solutions with Java-based systems. The role also requires exposure to MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining scalable ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML models using Python
• Integrate ML solutions into Java-based backend systems
• Design and maintain data pipelines and model workflows
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Implement and manage MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments

Required Skills

Primary Skills

• Python for AI/ML
• Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Model development, training, and evaluation
• Java Integration
• Ability to integrate ML models into Java applications
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend systems

Secondary Skills

• MLOps
• Model deployment (Flask/FastAPI)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Model monitoring and versioning
• Tools like MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST API development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Understanding of data engineering workflows
• Exposure to real-time or batch processing systems
