Position: AI/GenAI Engineer (CE50SF RM 4205)

Shift timing : 02 PM to 10 PM

Work Mode : Work From Office

Required Industry Experience : 5+ years of total development experience

Must Have Skills

• Python,
• Azure Function, Open AI Models, AI search,Application insight, LLM Guardrails & Responsible AI,
• LangGraph & LangChain; Agentic frameworks; Vector DBs,
• Designing and implementing rule engines, business rules, heuristics, and decision-making frameworks,
• Knowledge of fuzzy matching techniques, string similarity algorithms, edit distance, and record-linkage methodologies,
• Understanding of machine learning concepts, feature engineering, model evaluation,
• Work independently, manage priorities, and communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly

Good To Have Skills

• Experience in Databricks
• ML Flow, LangFuse or any observability framework
• Git-based workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews) and Agile/Scrum delivery

Any Special Or Skills Related Notes

• Hands-on and accountable for delivering working, supportable solutions
• Clear communicator who can translate between business needs and technical implementation
• Quality-focused (testing, monitoring, documentation) with attention to reliability and maintainability
• Calm under pressure when responding to incidents and prioritizing production work

Role focus: LLM + rule-based intelligence

Key responsibilities

• Build:
• Fuzzy matching (tokenization/edit distance)
• Rule-based detection (ship-to logic, profile changes)
• Develop:
• “Why flagged” narrative generation based on rule-based output and ML features and output.
• Signal summarization
• Implement prompt engineering + guardrails for compliance

Required Skills

• NLP + prompt engineering
• Experience with Azure OpenAI / LLM APIs
• Strong understanding of rule engines or heuristics
• Understanding of ML models
