AID data science Lead

Experience: A minimum of 14 years of professional experience in data science, machine

learning, and advanced analytics.

 Educational Background: A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics,

Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is strongly preferred.

 Technical Proficiency

o Expert-level knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms (e.g.,

regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting), and deep learning

frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

o Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.

o Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures,

algorithms, and software engineering principles.

o Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms

(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Industry Expertise

o Proven experience in the CPG and/or supply chain domain.

o Hands-on experience with analytics processes such as inventory forecasting,

demand planning, and trade promotion optimization. Consulting & Client-Facing Skills:

o Demonstrated ability to lead design thinking and solutioning workshops with

diverse business and technical audiences.

o Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to

articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
