AI Transformation Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Architect to lead the digital transformation initiatives across our Financial products,, Real Estate, and Hospitality businesses. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy and technology by designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered workflows, marketing automation systems, and operational processes.

This role requires a professional who can translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions while ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven marketing and operational workflows across multiple business verticals.
• Integrate AI tools, CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and business applications.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI agents for content creation, lead generation, customer engagement, analytics, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external development teams to execute AI initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks, compliance standards, and human oversight mechanisms.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor AI performance, workflow efficiency, and ROI.
• Develop AI adoption strategies and train teams on AI-enabled processes.
• Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4–8+ years of experience in AI implementation, Marketing Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Operations, or Systems Architecture.
• Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLM APIs, Make, Zapier, n8n, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, workflow orchestration, and data integration.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with AI automation platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of predictive analytics, AI agents, and autonomous workflow systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
