AI & Systems Engineer (Fresher -- 2 open positions)

About the Role

Join us to build production-grade AI solutions that solve real enterprise problems. You will work across Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, Backend Engineering, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure, taking ownership from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable AI and backend applications using Python.
• Build intelligent solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and Computer Vision.
• Design REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native services.
• Build automated testing, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for AI systems.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise-grade products.

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and OOP.
• Proficiency in Python (Java/C++ is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for learning.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, or Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, GCP/AWS, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and CI/CD.
• Personal projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or research experience.
