Job Summary

We are looking for an AI python developer with a strong foundation in Data Science and hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Python. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and in-house Large Language Models to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven use cases.
• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions using LLMs.
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Develop AI solutions for document search, classification, risk scoring, and workflow automation.
• Perform data preparation, preprocessing, feature engineering, and annotation.
• Integrate AI models into production environments via REST APIs.
• Work with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Document AI models, workflows, and best practices.
• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Python (3.x) programming.
• Data Science: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Jupyter Notebook.
• NLP using Hugging Face, Transformers, spaCy.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with RAG Architecture.
• Vector Databases (FAISS, Chroma).
• Embedding Models and Semantic Search.
• SQL and NoSQL Databases.
• Data Engineering and Data Warehousing concepts.
• REST API development.
• Docker.
• GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
• Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, and Data Preprocessing.

Good to Have

• Fine-tuning LLMs.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Data Lakes and Data Governance.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• MLOps knowledge.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or related field.
