About Darwix AI

Darwix AI is building a physical AI centred, omnichannel agentic suite for BFSI sales conversations globally. Our platform helps banks, lenders, insurers, wealth firms, brokerages and large customer-facing enterprises capture, understand and unleash automated downstream agents on customer conversations across branches, and client-site interactions.

Darwix converts real world conversations in real time into live nudges, scoring, agent guidance and post conversation agentic voice and non-voice actions. The platform automatically creates structured actions such as CRM updates, service requests, underwriting PD form autofill, LOS writebacks, automated reminder calls, follow ups and buyer profile enrichment across 14 to 18 enterprise systems.

The company’s deeper moat is its proprietary BFSI SLM, trained and improved on highly labelled, high quality physical world proprietary conversation tokens across lending, insurance and wealth.

Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you will be an integral part of our product team, designing intelligent, human-centered AI experiences for enterprise users. Beyond crafting intuitive interfaces, you will design AI-native products, conversational workflows, enterprise dashboards, real-time recommendation systems, and agentic experiences that solve complex business problems. You will work closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Developers to translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable, and impactful product experiences. We are looking for someone who can think beyond screens, understand systems, map workflows, and create products that seamlessly connect users, AI, and enterprise platforms.

What You Will Do

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and enterprise workflows. Design end-to-end product experiences, including user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, highfidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems. Design AI-powered experiences for Real-Time Assist, AI Copilots, Conversational AI, Voice Automation, Agentic AI workflows, and enterprise dashboards. Create intuitive interfaces that communicate AI recommendations, confidence levels, citations, insights, next-best actions, and workflow automation.

Design intelligent workflows for AI-generated recommendations, approvals, human-in-the-loop interactions, and enterprise integrations. Design thoughtful product states including loading, streaming responses, empty states, AI processing, uncertainty, low confidence recommendations, error handling, recovery flows, and success states. Simplify complex enterprise workflows into intuitive user experiences while balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Frontend Developers, and business stakeholders to bring concepts into production. Participate in product discovery, usability testing, design reviews, and continuous iteration based on user feedback and analytics. Ensure consistency, accessibility, scalability, and usability across all products through well-structured design systems and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Students in their pre-final or final year, recent graduates, or early-career Product Designers from Product Design, UI/UX, HCI, Interaction Design, or related disciplines. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, business understanding, workflow design, and problemsolving rather than only polished UI screens. Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, Dev Mode) along with modern prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Framer, Principle, or similar. Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt.new, or similar AI-assisted workflows. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and scalable design systems. Understanding of AI product concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, Conversational AI, Human-AI Interaction, and Agentic AI workflows.

Ability to think in systems by designing complete workflows, handling edge cases, user permissions, AI states, and complex enterprise scenarios. Strong understanding of user psychology, cognitive load, mental models, behavioral design, trust-building, and decisionmaking principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for solving meaningful product problems.
