AI Native UI/UX Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Zycus is seeking an innovative AI-Native UX Designer to join our product design team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will shape the future of AI-driven procurement solutions by designing intuitive, intelligent user experiences that leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities. You'll work at the intersection of design and artificial intelligence, creating experiences that make complex procurement workflows seamless and intelligent.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI-first user experiences for Zycus's procurement platform, incorporating generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
• Create intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features including smart recommendations, automated workflows, and conversational UI
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate AI-driven design decisions and iterate based on insights
• Develop design systems and patterns specifically for AI interactions, ensuring consistency across the platform
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools
• Champion user-centered design principles while pushing the boundaries of AI-enhanced experiences
• Stay current with AI design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise SaaS design
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
• Contribute to design strategy and vision for AI-native features across the product portfolio

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise SaaS or B2B products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-integrated design work or complex enterprise application design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and usability best practices
• Experience designing for AI/ML features such as recommendations, predictions, chatbots, or intelligent automation
• Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with procurement, supply chain, or fintech applications
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they impact user experience design
• Familiarity with conversational UI design and natural language interfaces
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
• Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
• Exposure to emerging AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT for design workflows)
• Previous work with global, distributed teams
• Knowledge of enterprise software workflows and B2B user behaviors
