What You Will Work On

The Full Stack of Product Ownership

• The end-to-end user experience — from first ad click to treatment completion. Every drop-off is your problem.
• Product roadmap and milestone tracking, grounded in data — not the loudest voice in the room. – Prototypes and MVPs built directly using AI and no-code tools. You show the team what you mean instead of writing it down.
• New vertical launches from scratch across BTTR SLEEP, BTTR MIND, BTTR GUT and beyond.
• Continuous improvement through user research, feedback loops, and iteration grounded in what users actually do — not what they say they will.

How You Operate

• Founder's Mindset You own outcomes, not job descriptions. If something is broken and it is not your job, you fix it anyway.
• Data-First Every decision has a metric. You do not launch without knowing what success looks like.
• Root Cause, Not Quick Fix You find where the problem comes from and solve it there — even when the quick fix is faster.
• User Conversations, Not Just Data You talk to users regularly. Not read about them. You let what they say change your mind.
• Perpetual Learner Curious by default. You pick up new tools and domains before anyone asks you to.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Credibility - You have spent enough time around engineering that you cannot be misled by it. You know when an estimate is padded. SDE background or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
• Builds, Not Just Documents - 2 to 4 years of PM or adjacent work where you owned outcomes end to end. You can prototype directly with AI and no-code tools. Your title matters less than what you shipped.
• Systems Thinker - You see how one product decision ripples across clinical, ops, tech, and growth before you make it. You do not optimise one metric at the cost of another you did not bother to check.
• Strong UX Instinct - You know what good looks like and can defend it with user evidence — not personal taste. Design is a tool you use to reduce friction, not win arguments.
• BONUS Health literacy. Men's health in India is underserved and stigmatised. If that bothers you personally — if you've seen a father, brother, or friend deal with something in silence that could have been fixed — you will go further faster here.
