AI-Native Full-Stack Developer (Noida | Immediate Join)

Position Overview

If Claude Code or Cursor is already how you build — not something you're curious about — this role is for you.

We are embedding a developer directly on the CommLoan product team (US-based commercial real estate lending platform) to own Track III — one of the most strategically significant delivery tracks on their roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Native CRM to replace HubSpot — deal-state engine, lender automation, full migration

Reporting & analytics dashboard (Metabase

• custom)
• Website redesign backend & headless CMS integration
• Borrower agreement workflows, Cloudflare rollout, security hardening
• 900+ lender relationships depend on what you ship

Required Skills

• AI-native developer — Claude Code / Cursor / Copilot as primary tool
• Full stack: Node.js or Python backend + React frontend
• REST API design & PostgreSQL schema experience
• Production shipping experience — no handholding, no 90-day ramp
• CRM / workflow automation background is a strong plus

Role Details

• The AI bar is real:
• 50%+ AI-assisted output expected from week one. The technical interview includes a live AI coding assessment — you'll use your own setup, evaluated on how your prompt, how you evaluate output, and how you handle hallucinations. Prepared? You'll enjoy it.
