AI Engineer (Data & AI Practice)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our Data & AI Practice and drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, cloud-native architectures, and MLOps, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
• Build intelligent applications leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI Agents, and cloud-native architectures.
• Develop enterprise AI solutions focused on automation, knowledge management, and business transformation.

AI Engineering & Integration

• Build AI-powered applications, APIs, and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop secure and scalable integrations with internal and external systems.

Data Engineering & MLOps

• Design AI-ready data pipelines and data processing frameworks.
• Implement end-to-end MLOps practices including model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI workloads.

Cloud, Security & Governance

• Develop and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, security standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and availability.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and conduct code reviews.
• Drive engineering best practices and innovation initiatives.

Innovation

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and trends.
• Recommend and implement innovative approaches to enhance organizational AI capabilities.

Experience Requirements

✅ 10–14 years of overall software engineering experience

✅ 4+ years of hands-on AI / Machine Learning experience

✅ 2+ years of Generative AI experience

✅ Strong experience with Microsoft Azure AI services

✅ Experience building enterprise-grade solutions

✅ Experience working in Agile delivery environments

✅ Proven track record of production AI deployments

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
