AI Engineer (Agentic AI & Generative AI)

Location: Ahmedabad/Rajkot

Timing: 5 days a week, 8/hrs a day

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
• M.E./M.Tech in relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
• MCA or equivalent technical qualification
• Candidates without a degree can also be considered if they have strong proven experience in AI/GenAI development

Experience Required

• 4 to 8+ years of software development experience
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI projects
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in production environments
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.
• Prior experience developing AI Agents or Agentic AI solutions is highly preferred

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Python programming
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM APIs
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, etc.
• API development and integration
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Docker and deployment knowledge

Good to Have

• Multi-agent systems
• Workflow orchestration
• MLOps practices
• Data engineering experience
• Fine-tuning and model evaluation
• Prompt engineering and optimization

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications
• Build and optimize AI agent orchestration workflows
• Integrate enterprise data sources and business systems
• Develop proof-of-concepts and client demos
• Scale AI solutions from prototype to production
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
• Improve AI response quality, speed, and reliability
• Define technical architecture and implementation strategy
