Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI and machine learning solutions for real-world business applications.

This role is suited to an experienced engineer who remains actively involved in coding and can take AI solutions from initial development through production deployment. The successful candidate will combine strong AI/ML expertise with sound software engineering practices, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

We place greater emphasis on demonstrated technical ability and real-world implementation experience than on academic credentials.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI and machine learning models and systems.

Translate complex business requirements into practical, production-ready AI solutions.

Build and maintain reliable, reusable, and well-documented code.

Develop and integrate APIs and microservices supporting AI applications.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Optimize models and supporting systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and production use.

Evaluate emerging developments in AI, machine learning, and generative AI for practical application.

Contribute to shared code repositories and maintain high standards of software quality.

Qualifications (required)

Strong hands-on AI and machine learning development experience using Python.

Proficiency with relevant frameworks and libraries, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Strong software engineering practices, including version control and collaborative development workflows.

Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and technical decision-making skills.

Demonstrated practical experience through production implementations, substantive technical projects, code contributions, or an equivalent portfolio of work.

Qualifications (preferred)

Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and production AI operations.

Experience developing edge AI or real-time AI applications.

Background in IoT or embedded systems.

Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or equipment-intensive environments.

Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in technical communities such as GitHub or Kaggle. Company Description
