Tenet is hiring an experienced AI video creator to build and run our AI video production in-house.

You'll turn scripts into polished, on-brand short-form video at high volume, and scale that output over time without quality slipping. This is for someone who already produces AI video at a high level and wants to own the whole thing.

You must have hands-on experience with

• HeyGen — digital twin / Avatar IV–V, working at scale, not one-off clips
• ElevenLabs — professional AI voice cloning
• LoRA training (WAN 2.2 or equivalent) — for consistent, realistic AI presenters
• Advanced editing — CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, motion graphics

A portfolio or reel of AI-generated video is required.

Nice to have: a personal AI avatar you've already built, and experience producing content at volume.
