Pan India Key Responsibilitie sAI Agent Development & Automatio nDesign, build, and deploy AI agents to automate manual operational processes across cloud and platform environments

.Develop autonomous workflows for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management

.Implement guardrails, governance, and safety controls for AI-driven automation .

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) & Cloud Automati onBuild Terraform modules and pipelines to enable AI-driven infrastructure creation across Azure and AW

S.Ensure all infrastructure is automatically registered and updated in ServiceNow CMD

B.Integrate IaC workflows with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD automatio n.

DevOps & Operati onsDeploy AI agents into production environments and ensure their reliability, observability, and performan ce.Implement automated runbooks, self-healing workflows, and event-driven operatio ns.Collaborate with SRE, Cloud Ops, and Platform Engineering teams to ensure operational excellen ce.

Architecture & Govern anceWork closely with the Enterprise Architect to align AI agent capabilities with enterprise architecture standa rds.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI guideli nes.Contribute to platform-level automation strategy and reusable framewo rks.

Cross-Regional Collabor ationWork as part of a global team across APAC and LATAM, ensuring regional coverage for automation initiat ives.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones and business u nits.

Required Skills & Expe rience10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation, or AI-driven platform opera tions.

Strong hands-on experienc e with:Azure & AWS cloud archi tectureTerraform (advanced modules, workspaces, pip elines)Azure DevOps / GitHub ActionsServiceNow CMDB inte grationPython, Node.js, or similar languages for automation and AI agent deve lopment

Experience b uilding:Autonomous agents, bots, or workflow automation systemsEvent-driven architectures and API inte grationsCI/CD pipelines and cloud-native operational tooling
